I have a new podcast available at:  flexiblemindtherapy.podbean.com/e/a-few-thoughts-i-wanted-to-share-safety-and-racialized-trauma/.  With the death of George Floyd, the need to acknowledge and heal the country's past and current racialized trauma is profound.  This podcast looks at this from an embodied standpoint, utilizing the Polyvagal Theory and Menakem's book “My Grandmother’s Hands: Racialized Trauma and the Pathway to Mending Our Hearts and Bodies.”  Here is the transcript of the podcast:  a_few_thoughts_i_wanted_to_share_safety_and_racialized_trauma.pdf
